I grant Adcorp Media Group a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to modify, reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, display, license or otherwise use the photograph submitted in whole or in part in any media without any limitation or restriction.
I understand and acknowledge that submitting a photograph to ChimeIn TV does not guarantee acceptance, use or publication of the photograph.
I acknowledge that I am entitled to no compensation in connection with this Agreement and any photographs I submit.
I understand and agree that Adcorp Media Group has no liability for any unauthorized use of the photograph by third parties. Adcorp Media Group, for its part, will authorize no third party use of the photograph.
